Late May 2003

Another meeting of the Newcastle Skatepark Steering Group, which also led to me finding out about the new park at Whickham Thorns, meant that I have had to update again. I've got to get some of my skatepark photos scanned in and added to the main page, which will probably be the next update. Also added my recently unearthed slalom deck to the Quiver page.

Early May 2003

Had virtually given up/forgotten about the site.
The main idea behind creating it in the first place was to encourage Newcastle city council to build a skatepark, once this got under way I had no need for it.
But then I got a few emails from people that were still visiting it and last week I met a guy at Vertx (Mister Dregs Pool Service) who recognised me by my board, having seen it on the site. This was the first time that my cyber-life and real-life had met, which was pretty weird in itself, and it made me decide to update things.
